Play this fun addition game with your children or in your classroom!

Uncle Sam's Hat, Independence Day Game

Use this fun game to help reinforce your child's (or students') addition math facts. One of Uncle Sam's hats has the addition problem and the other has the answer. This game can be played as a matching "Go Fish" game. Give each child/student four or five math fact problem cards. Place the answer "hats" face down on the table and begin the game. Once a student has matched all of his math facts, he wins the game.

Have each student read the problem aloud and then give the answer.
